剪切拉矯重卷機組 （trimming line）

對平整后的鋼卷進行切邊和矯正板形，以獲得成品寬度和良好的板形，同時也是對鋼板表面進行缺陷檢查，及時對質(zhì)量進行控制和管理。

Trimming line can rectify the shape and cut the edges of the tempered coil, to guarantee the product width and shape. It can also check the surface defect and proceed the quality control and management.

● 拉矯剪切機組是鍍錫前的檢查機組，用于帶鋼表面的質(zhì)量檢查，確保符合鍍錫原板的要求；

trimming line is the quality check line before tinning line. Surface quality check can guarantee the black plate meets the requirement.

 ● 在檢查機組上配置了拉矯機和圓盤剪，用于改善板形和軋制毛邊的切除，以獲取最終的成品寬度；

Leveling device and rotary shear are used to improve the shape and edge, and achieve the product width.

● 采用交流變頻控制系統(tǒng)；
