鍍錫鍍鉻原板連續(xù)退火生產(chǎn)線 CA line

本產(chǎn)品不僅能生產(chǎn)罩式退火爐生產(chǎn)的品種，也可以生產(chǎn)比較難生產(chǎn)的高強(qiáng)度鋼板，軟硬鍍錫原板、電工鋼及烘烤硬化鋼板。具有硬度均勻，效率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

This Continuous annealing line can produce all products line of batch annealing furnaces, and can also produce high-end high strength products, low and high strength black plate, electrical steel and BH steel

● 依據(jù)客戶要求量身定做，極限規(guī)格可達(dá)：0.16mm、0.6mm、1200mm；

custom-made, thickness can be 0.16 to 0.6mm, width can be max 1200mm

 ● 可以適應(yīng)不同來料，包括：MR、SPCC、08AL、Q195LD等，調(diào)質(zhì)度范圍：T2、T2.5、T3、T3.5、T4、T5

Can be adapted to different raw material, including MR, SPCC, 08Al, Q195LD. The temper can be from T1, T2, T3, T3.5, T4, T5 and DR7, DR7.5, DR8 and DR9

● 全線采用交流變頻傳動(dòng)，爐區(qū)最高速度可達(dá)400mpm；

The whole line is using AC frequency inverter driving, the maximum speed can be 400mpm

● 采用爐內(nèi)張力閉環(huán)控制；

● 采用馬口鐵專業(yè)R-OA（傾斜過時(shí)效）退火工藝；
