本類機(jī)組主要為生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用于包裝、容器、噴霧罐、瓶蓋和各種蓋子的鍍錫板，鍍錫板是兩面鍍有純錫的冷軋低碳薄鋼板或鋼帶，它將鋼的強(qiáng)度和成形性同錫的耐蝕性、錫焊性和美觀的外表結(jié)合于一種材料之中。

This line can produce tinplate products used in packaging, canning, and aerosol canning, can caps and bottle caps. Tinplate is tin-coated cold-rolled low-carbon steel sheets or coils, which has steel’s strength and formability, as well as anti-corrosion, easy-welding and shining appearance from tin.

 ● 依據(jù)客戶要求量身定做，極限規(guī)格可達(dá)：0.14mm、0.6mm、1200mm；

 Custom made, thickness can be from 0.14mm to 0.6mm, width can be as wide as 1200mm

 ● 可以適應(yīng)不同來料，包括：MR、SPCC、08AL、Q195LD等，調(diào)質(zhì)度范圍：  T1、T2、T3、T3.5、T4、T5及DR7、7.5、8、9

 Can be adapted to different raw material, including MR, SPCC, 08Al, Q195LD. The temper can be from T1, T2, T3, T3.5, T4, T5 and DR7, DR7.5, DR8 and DR9.

 ● 全線采用交流變頻傳動(dòng)，最高速度可達(dá)420mpm；

 The whole line is using AC frequency inverter driving, the maximum speed can be 420mpm

● 采用可溶性陽極（或不溶性陽極）
